Firearms application information can be obtained from the Oak Bluffs Police Department by contacting Police Clerk Jeannie Wright at 508-693-0750, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00a and 4:00p.
Once you have scheduled an appointment you must bring a $100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE check made payable to the Town of Oak Bluffs.
All applicants applying for an LTC or FID must be a resident of the Town of Oak Bluffs. Photo identification, as well as a recent utility bill for the applicant's residence must accompany the application. Applications will not be submitted unless all of the requirements are met. Expect the process to take up to 6 weeks for processing.
